Namely Co ships from our Warehouse in SAN DIEGO- this includes all USA / Canada / Mexico orders.

All orders are shipped with UPS and tracking is sent via email.

All items on your order will be shipping together once all are produced unless we advise you otherwise.

Personalised Knitted Orders

All orders will be made and delivered within 4 weeks based on your order date. At all times we will endeavour to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. An email will be sent when your shipment has been dispatched with tracking details.

Lost/stolen packages
Namely Co does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs. We do not refund for any personalised items if they are running outside the shipping times.
